Winest has made a real Caveau for the storage of fine wines.
Everything comes from the need of a “collector” to stow about 3000 bottles in the rooms available, ensuring the ideal microclimates for the conservation and refinement of the Dionysian nectar.
The study has led to an orderly, intimate space, almost an archive, where elegance and austerity are perceptible and in which every centimeter has been used in the best possible way to guarantee the perfect seal of the wines. In the connection zone of the two main rooms we have created a narrow passage that opens onto the tasting table with a truly suggestive effect.
A double refrigerating system for maintaining constant temperatures, also equipped with softened water for its nebulization, guarantees the correct temperature and humidity parameters for all bottles of wine. Construction of a mechanical ventilation system to allow for air exchange, as these are rooms located in the basement.
